With 25 years experience in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy, I specialise in getting rid of phobias, confidence issues and anxiety. I also offer sessions for those with chronic health conditions, so that they are not overwhelmed.
I use traditional hypnosis, EMDR and NLP techniques to treat anxiety and phobias.
What is EDMR?
EMDR was first used to treat survivors of the Vietnam War for PTSD. It is also very effective for treating Phobias, Anxiety and negative thoughts. Using bi-lateral stimulation of the eyes (literally following a pointer with your eyes) anxiety and fear drop until the client feels relaxed around their former phobia.
